I've had a couple of bad experiences with cheap hotels, mainly with cleanliness and rude staff. This hotel was great; the room was clean and really spacious, it was quiet, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the fact that they offered included breakfast is nice. The microwave in the room was very helpful. I want to highlight the great customer service. I thought I lost my charger in the room, and the man at the front desk brought me to the room and helped me look for it, going as far as checking all the drawers behind the front desk as well. I appreciate him going above and beyond!

Close to everything we needed to do. Comfortable and clean. The only issue was we asked for room cleaning in the morning and we came back to clean up around 3pm and that’s when the cleaning lady came and we asked her to come back in an hour when we left. She said ok and never came back. We got new towels from the front desk that evening

Love that this hotel lived up to its proud certified claim. As a transfem who still looks like a guy right now, life is tough. The one staff member who needed to use my pronouns, actually gendered me correctly. That was the first time anyone has gendered my correctly, that's by far the best part of my month.

Jay Pazekh was the most pleasant employee I have ever met very friendly and goes above and beyond his job greets you ever time you come in always smiling and I also noticed he helps with house keeping very valuable employee to your business
